Shipping Policy

What shipping method do you use?

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking on every order. If your order is heavy based on the weight of the items it will be sent Priority mail through USPS depending on cost. We offer USPS standard shipping to the USA (3-7 business days). Please be aware that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We do not refund or issue store credit for packages that may be delayed due to holidays, sales, weather or unforeseen issues that USPS is dealing with. Once USPS has your package we are unable to make any changes or speed it along if it is stuck in transit. You can track your order by visiting www.USPS.com.

How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or holidays will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days following your order date. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email will come from Trending Sensation and contain a tracking number with more accurate times.

What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?

First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If we get your package in the mail we will issue store credit for the items and deduct the initial cost of shipping. Please be sure to enter correct information when checking out to avoid delays and further costs of shipping.

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address provided it means that the USPS system did not recognize your address or an incorrect address was provided by the costumer, there will be no refund provided when it is returned to us. We can issue store credit for the items and the costumer is able to use store credit at any time.

Returns

      If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 30 days after your products have been delivered and we will provide your with a return label. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you store credit for any future purchase.

      Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

      Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Trending Sensation does not provide return shipping labels for free. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

       

      Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

      Trending Sensation reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

      • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

      • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

      • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

      ​Similarly, Trending Sensation reserves the right to refuse service (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

      Non-Trending Sensation items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt. 

      Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

      Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject our customers, but we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all.​

      Final Sale Items

      All items ending in $.97 & $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, Trending Sensation reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or final sale items.

      Exchanges

      Because we can't ensure our customer's will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use  store credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. ​

      Damaged Items

      ​If your item is damaged please reach out to us through email at sales@trendingsensation.com and we will gladly fix the problem as soon as possible. Please do so within 5 days of receiving your package.

      Return by Mail​

      When a packet is returned by mail you will need to contact us via email in order for us to provide you with a return label. 

      When returning pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached (if applicable). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, bodysuit dresses, swimwear, undergarments, or final sale items (those items ending in $.97 & $.98).​

      Credit

      Store credit for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to process once it is received in our distribution center. Your store credit covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Trending Sensation does not credit original shipping charges.​

      Stale Returns

      Trending Sensation requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Trending Sensation will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. Store credit will be provided for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
